Location In Willamette National Forest in Lane County, Oregon. Salt Creek is a tributary of the Middle Fork of the Wilamette River.

National forest recreation site. Salt Creek Falls is a day use area on Route 58, 5 miles west of Wilamette Pass and 21 miles east of Oakbridge. It is a short walk on a paved trail to the overlook area at the top of the falls. There is a steep but well-maintained trail with stairs to a lookout platform at the bottom of the gorge. There is also a short walking trail through the woods above the falls.

There are also hiking trails to several other waterfalls within 2 miles of the parking lot, but we didn't have time to explore them.
