There are dozens of waterfalls like this one along the sides of Cayuga and Seneca Lakes. All you need is a topo map to find them, and a willingness to seek permission, since most of them are on private land.

This one happens to be behind the lake house of some friends and they took us to visit early this Spring.

After a pretty 1/4 mile scramble up the narrow gully between steep 100 foot high walls, we were delighted by this 53 foot waterfall in Spring flow. The cascades at the base of the waterfall adds another 11 feet to the overall height.
