As a former resident of Crickhowell, I can tell you the bridge over the river Usk does indeed have 13 arches, as opposed to 12, if one looks downstream from Bullpit meadow. The thirteenth arch intersects the twelfth arch on the south side on the Crickhowell side of the bridge. Do not hesitate to contact me if you require further details.
