Two weeks after the flood, we hiked the middle section of the Gulf Creek gorge. We entered the gorge at Pocket Falls and hiked upstream to the main waterfall - Upper Gulf Creek Falls (see map here).

About 1/4 mile (400m) into the hike, we spotted this lone piece of the deck.
