Will's Way was completed during the summer of 2003. We can now walk down 90 steps to the base of Ruth's Waterfall.

The last section of steps connects the "Mill Patio" with the stream just below the plunge pool. The rectangular structure at the base of the steps housed the water wheel and (we surmise) that the working floor of the mill was at the top of the steps. The mill was active in 1860.
