There is a person (with umbrella) and a dog in this picture; both on the observation deck.
Also, notice the wonderful example of the conjugate joint system that forms the tile-like fractures below the bridge. You can see similar joint fractures in most of the Ithaca waterfalls. These are natural geologic features, even though they look like manmade constructions. You can see fractures at the same angles in the vertical wall on the left side of the waterfall.
