Location Southern Utah
Access BLM land. From Hole-in the Rock Road, about 45 miles from Route 12, we followed a wash NW about 1/2 mile to Cave Point, a promontory point of Fifty Mile Mountain, where we found a wonderful campsite and six huge caves like these.
Hiking We didn't really hike. The caves are on the end of the point within 1/4 mile. However, it looks like there would be great canyon and slickrock hiking here.
Details These are dry waterfalls, pour-offs that only run during a rain storm. But it would be great to see them running...
